Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, and returns

  • Assist customers in resolving issues and navigating our online store

  • Collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback and improve service quality

  • Maintain and update the customer database while managing complaints efficiently

Your Profile:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce

  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages like German or Dutch are a plus

  • Passion for customer interaction and a strong service-oriented mindset

  • Reliable, solution-driven, and excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in standard computer programs and ideally experienced with CRM systems
